• “Tutor” refers to the individual providing tuition through arrangements made via our platform

• “Service” refers to the process of tutor matching, communication, and support offered by GULFTUTORS

2. Tutor Matching

We aim to recommend a tutor who best matches the client’s requirements, based on the information provided. While we carefully vet our tutors, GULFTUTORS cannot guarantee any specific academic outcomes.

3. Tuition Sessions

All tuition sessions are conducted online. Tutors and clients must mutually agree on the timing, format (e.g., one-to-one or group sessions), and duration of each session in advance.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for tuition will be clearly outlined before lessons commence. Payments are typically made after each session, on a weekly or monthly basis, as agreed between tutor and client.

All payment arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Late or missed payments may lead to a pause or suspension of future sessions. All fees are payable in the currency agreed at the time of booking.

5. Safeguarding and Conduct

Tutors are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow best practices regarding safeguarding. Clients and students are also expected to behave respectfully during sessions.

6. Liability

GULFTUTORS operates as an intermediary between tutors and clients. We are not liable for academic performance or any disputes that may arise between the parties.

7. Cancellations

All cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed session.

8. Intellectual Property

All learning materials provided by tutors are intended for the personal academic use of the student. These materials must not be shared, published, or resold without the tutor’s explicit written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms

GULFTUTORS reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes via email or through our website.
